Shipping

  • Standard shipping is £2.99, free automatically on orders over £35.
  • We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
  • Our signs are sent directly from our supplier and its delivery partners.
  • Stock designs: we place your order within 1 business day, and delivery usually takes 3–7 days.
  • Custom designs: production starts after you approve your mockup, and delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks from approval.
  • Every order comes with tracking, which we email to you as soon as it's available.
  • Your order may arrive in the supplier's packaging.
  • If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you're entitled to cancel and get a full refund. Just email us.

Returns & exchanges

  • You have a legal right to cancel an order for a stock design within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days: just email us to say you'd like to return it, then send it back within 14 days of telling us.
  • You can unpack and try your sign as you would in a shop. If it has been handled more than that, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
  • Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.
  • Custom/personalized signs are made to order and are exempt from the right of withdrawal once production has begun, as permitted under consumer protection law for bespoke goods — except in the case of a defect or damage in transit.
  • If a sign arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement — no return shipping needed.
  • Refunds, including the original standard delivery charge, go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item (or proof you've sent it back, whichever is sooner).
  • None of this affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if an item is faulty or not as described.

Privacy & data protection

  • We collect only what's needed to process your order: name, shipping address, email, and payment confirmation. Your full card number and CVC are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
  • Legal basis: we process your order details to fulfil a contract with you, and use your email for order updates based on that same contract.
  • We use a small number of third parties to run the store: Stripe to take payment and collect your delivery details, Cloudflare to run our checkout, Resend to send order confirmation emails, our product supplier and its delivery partners to fulfil and deliver it, and our email provider to send you updates.
  • To fulfil your order, we share your name, delivery address and, where needed, phone number with our supplier, which is based outside the UK (including in China). This means your data is transferred internationally. We only share what's needed to deliver your order.
  • Data controller: Przemyslaw Waszkun, trading as Neonnora, 53 Baker Street, Aberdeen, AB25 1US. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we handle your data.
  • You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time — contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
  • How long we keep it: order and payment records are kept for 6 years, because UK tax rules require it. Anything else is deleted once your order and any return are complete, unless you ask us to delete it sooner where the law allows.
  • Cookies and storage: we don't use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage is used only to remember your cart and that you've seen our cookie notice. Both are strictly necessary for the site to work.
  • Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your device's IP address when the page loads.

Terms of service

  • You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. We currently sell to UK consumers only.
  • Your order is accepted, and our contract with you is formed, when we email you to confirm it's been placed with our supplier. If we can't fulfil it, we'll refund you in full.
  • All prices include any taxes that apply. The delivery charge is shown before you pay.
  • By placing an order, you confirm the text/content submitted for a custom sign is yours to use and doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.
  • Prices are shown in GBP and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, with a full refund issued in that case.
  • Product photos are representative — actual glow color may vary slightly by screen.
  • These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your home nation's courts, and you keep the protections of your local consumer law.

Reviews policy

  • We only publish reviews from genuine customers who have bought from us.
  • We never write, buy, or commission fake reviews, and we don't allow anyone else to post them on our behalf.
  • We never offer discounts, gifts, or other rewards in exchange for reviews. If that ever changes, any incentivised review will be clearly labelled as such.
  • We publish both positive and negative reviews, and we don't edit them or hide them to make ratings look better.
  • If you think a review on our site is fake or misleading, email us and we'll investigate and remove it if it breaks this policy.
